Synopsis
After it is revealed Mitsuru might no longer be able to pilot a FRANXX, Ikuno and Futoshi request a partner shuffle to help him. Following this, Ikuno confesses to Ichigo after realising her feelings for her. Squad 13 is sent out to neutralize a Gutenberg class klaxosaur with their new Chlorophytum and Genista pairings. Genista struggles at first, but after Mitsuru and Kokoro open up to each other, they manage to put up a good fight. After the sortie, Hiro notices his horns have grown larger and Kokoro gives Mitsuru a haircut. Dr. FRANXX reveals he knows about Hachi not carrying through with the 9's pruning and that data on Delta reveals she is still connected to 001.
